"I came in and said I wasnt really in pain and just wanted to be informed on some things to do to prevent future injury. Doc puts me on a heating pad, some sort of shock therapy, light tissue massage, then has me do 2 stretches and lift my legs then sent me home. Told me he needed to see me twice a week. Which at this point sounded like a money grab but whatever. I decided to go to one more appointment figured maybe the next one he would give me the information I asked for. This time I show up, and let me preface this with saying the first appointment he went on and on about how heat was very important for me before I stretched. This apt the lady at the front tells me that heat the first apt was complimentary, and this time it will be 22 more dollars. I can buy a whole heating pad for 22 dollars... Then I went to the apt and they did everything the same, but this time they sent me to the gym where they had me do all of the stuff you see people who are actually injured doing. Simple things like walking, sitting down and standing up holding on to a bar. Which I was already very clearly able to do, and no more information on what to do to prevent future injury. What a waste of time and money. Doctor was nice and so was the staff, only reason for the stars."
