"I've had a lot of dealings with the Port of Orange in the past, and since I was going to be in the city, I stopped by to see how the building had fared through the Harvey storm. With the offices sitting on a waterway as it does, and having taken hits from three major hurricanes in 12 years, it was really surprising to see how well the building looked,"
