Past 9 PM is ridiculous when I am already in bed and have to get up early the next morning to get ready for the day. Remedy the situation. Do better."

"This is 2nd delivery with damage beyond repair. Driver left package completely open, 2 holes in it (one where tracking was scanned), styrofoam busted up and coming out of the box, and was in a hurry to get away from house when he left it. I'm on a time crunch and this adds to the aggravation. You cannot talk to a human, you get nowhere with their phone numbers."

"Horrible service. Operation hours are irrelevant because they don’t honor their hours at all and the tracking is a joke. I never know if my package is actually on the truck or waiting at the facility. Once you get the correct notification they probably will have already closed early without warning."

"Staff are great. Always friendly and helpful. I can tell they are overwhelmed and running all over the place. Car parking here, on the other hand, is horrendous. Literally nowhere for customers. Always had to use the staff parking no matter time. It's a problem when you have multiple packages."
