"I had surgery on 1/29/24 I was so nervous about West Jefferson. I must say surgery went well., I was treated with kindness and respect. Dr Spears and her whole team were awesome. I'm very satisfied with the care I received. My morning nurse Holly is a gem she's a great nurse and the nursing assistant Nicole were a great team. My night nurse Joy was very good too they all was very great nurses.MY discharge nurse was very knowledgeable she explained my discharge instructions very well. I'm home now recovering all the staff were great."

"There is a reason she is sought after like she is. If you’re looking for exceptional care this is your woman. This is my second pregnancy and I feel a bit more comfortable with her now. I appreciate that she is thorough, kind and professional. I scheduled in august but online she wasn’t available til October needless to say, I got in in august/September because SHE advocated for me prioritizing my care. Dr. Spears was my first gyno moving to this city so once I got pregnant this was who I wanted to stay with. She answers all my questions and if I missed an appointment or had to cancel her team was great about getting me back in and addressing whatever barriers to care I might have experienced. Her advocacy is for ALL patients. I remember she had an emergency so I was left in a room but I was also updated by the staff periodically . I was upset but had to check myself she was helping someone else literally save a life while I had a lil attitude.
