Ochsner Kenner Ob/gyn

"Your employee Brittany who works at the front desk for OBGYN on the 5th floor was very rude for no reason. I would like for someone to call me to discuss in detail For better understanding. For the few months I've been going there I observed Ms. Brittany while she was being trained by another employee and while being trained I observed her immediately directing people that approached her to check in at the kiosk. Which is a part of your protocol but it's the way she talks patients. I knew right then I hoped to never interact with her. Well on my recent visit I approached the desk after my appt to turn in some paper work but I noticed that she was helping someone else. However Ms. Brittany's body was turned facing me and she kept looking at me so I assumed since she didn't greet me maybe she was waiting for me. So I asked her if she was helping someone. She responded I'm helping her and pointed to the lady standing in front of her. But she responded so rude and don't bother me body language and I never gave her reason to. So I proceeded to explain why I thought she was staring at me and she cut me off and said"I'm not staring at you. She is very unprofessional and I hate the fact that "I Had" to interact with her the other front desk staff are so polite and helpful and often they offer to check you in so you don't have to go the kiosk. She is a horrible representation of your company and gives the front desk on the 5th floor a bad rep when compared to your other front desk employees who treat you with politeness!"
