"Ehrhart is a wonderful school for my child. She is pushed to her potential under the care of teachers who truly desire her best! She loves going to school and is always excited for Monday mornings. The staff is respectful and keeps in contact with me throughout the year. The administration is professional and welcoming. There are many rules when it comes to dress code, but it's understood that these rules withhold the ability to maintain professionalism within our students as they get older. I have no issues with Ehrhart. :)"

"This school is horrible the teachers are treating the students ruthless and the principal is unfair my child told me she couldn't wear hair bows or accessories of any color than uniform color and the principal also is irresponsible during the virus she told my child she is fine but she had a really bad fever and a sore throat I will be moving her soon"

"I was late picking up my daughter from school today. When I entered the building the principal Mrs. long stated that if I had an emergency in a very very rude tone. She stated that she is not a babysitter and that she has a life outside of work. She also stated that this will be the last time it will happen and if it does happen again she will call CPS. She also gave me a printout of her policy, saying if the parent is late 15 time then they will call CPS. If she's professional as she wants to seem to appear she could of handled the situation in a better manner. I asked her if this is the way she talks to everyone. And she stated yes. I also dont think it was right that she let out her frustration where my daughter can hear her. My daughter asked me "Why her principal was being mean again." I believe she is not right for the position. Things happen and should understand that working with children. She has no compassion, and I dont care how many degrees she has because her heart is not right."

"Its amazing how you find a job posting for this school and they clearly indicate that they are looking for ESL Teachers and that its not necessarily required that you have an ESL certification. I had a teleconference type of interview with the principal of the school and she never got back to me in a timely manner with some additional questions I had --- which she CLEARLY indicated that if I had additional questions, I could reach out to her --- it took her over a week to reply. Then, when she did finally reply to my emails, she stated that they were looking for a "certified ESL teacher." That contradicts their job posting where they list that they "prefer" the teacher be certified and its listed in parenthesis. Perhaps they should look closely at their job postings before they post them on Indeed to make sure they are looking for "certified ESL teachers" and not "preferred." That only confuses applicants. This principal's Bio describes her as a professional with top grades when she was in college, although she doesn't know how to return emails to applicants in a timely manner, which she indicated we could contact her in the first place with any questions. I found her to be rude in her email reply as well."
