"Do your homework about gold prices on the day you go there. Sold them 16grams of 10k gold. As an afterthought I checked and I should’ve gotten $415 instead I got $260. They were very nice but you can get shortchanged by them if you don’t know what gold is selling for because it fluctuates. I called and was told I was the “ middle man “ and they had to make a profit, none of the “deductions” were on my receipt. Just be abreast of what you items are worth."

"Tried to purchase an item from their BUYA store but initially my credit card flagged the transaction as fraudulent. After confirming the charge with my credit card company I called Pawn Depot to let them know things have been cleared up. I offered to pay for the item over the phone, or place the order again through BUYA. The manager was generally disagreeable then said they were not willing to sell the item to me regardless what I did and hung up the phone."
