"Store was suppose to be open for 10am, store didn't open until 10:50am. New raffle pick up deadline was 12noon. Several customers...counted 8 came and left because they weren't open. This Hibbett store is unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful to customers and their time. It may be an independently owned Hibbett,but being part of a franchise. I would think they have policy and procedures that must be followed. This is the WORST Hibbett store,and I gave them a 2nd chance after my 1st encounter....no better. I will NOT use this location again. I will spend money with a different shoe enterprise,before having to deal with this POOR customer service. The good thing about money, it spends anywhere. I will make sure that my family, friend's, and co-workers know to NOT patronize and spend their money at Hibbett in Chalmette."
