"I purchased an above ground sand filter/motor from this store and I had issues with a manufacturer defect (this was by no means Southern Pools & Spas fault). Their team went above and beyond to make sure that I received new equipment in QUICK, so that I did not have to deal with my pool turning green. I’m so grateful for their help! Not to mention that they always help keep my pool balanced and sell great quality chemicals/etc. I highly recommend them!"

"Every year I go to them to get all my pool supplies. Today I had a friend that could not get out so I told her about them and I would bring in her pool water to get tested and what she needed to get her pool water clean. I also wanted to buy a vacuum for my pool. It must not have been a good for them because the older lady that waited on me was so rude. First time having this experience with them. I know everyone has a bad day. But being rude is not an option when you work the public. I am sad to say but I will be changing pool companies."
