"Rudest pharmacist!! Husband picked up my medication & the total was $38. I told him to make sure they were using my goodrx. As he sat on the phone with me he asked about the goodrx & the lady said yes it was used. He gets home & I look up the medication, it should have only been $15!!! I called & spoke to the pharmacist just to be told a single care card that "was on my profile" was used... and my husband should have used the goodrx if it was cheaper. I've never used single care because it's more expensive so no it is not on my profile... but this pharmacist was rude and basically said oh well. Horrible customer service!!"

"I called the pharmacist and asked if they had any tesheba insulin pens. He said yes. I asked him to fill my husband's prescription from the Orange Walgreens and he said ok. Went to get it and not there, sold out on backorder. What the heck! This is lifesaving medicine and they can't get it right! What the heck happened to the box They told me about? Now He has to travel to Beaumont a 2 hr drive one way to find his medicine! Not cool not cool at all!"

"Through the years of living here Walgreens has been a tremendous issue in Jasper!!! NOW THEY HAVE A WILLIAM he is a blessing and the best !!! He is extremely nice and solves anything and everything plus knows what he is doing in a extremely kind way!!!! Keep up the excellent work and I hope everyone can learn from you and your excellent customer friendly way of handling anything that is presented your way!!!!! This is why this store deserves five stars!!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever answers the phone is rude and will not perform any tasks being asked of them. My prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens from The Medicine Shoppe when they closed. I have been trying to get my prescriptions filled for several days but keep being told they don’t have time to deal with me and hang up on me. This has happened several times. I will take my business to Wal-Mart. At least I can get my prescriptions filled there. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. This review only pertains to the pharmacy and not to the rest of the store."
