"Wrong part for golf cart and they wouldn't refund my money and that's not right"
"I ordered the cart in late June and finally received it the second week of January. When I put my deposit down I was told it would be a couple of months before I would get it. I was told in August that there were just a couple of carts in front of me. Then in October I was told there were 3 in front of me. My cart had very little customization done and still took more than 6 months. On top of that the led canopy lighting was installed with a bunch of zip ties, I had to reinstall using the adhesive on the back of the lighting so I could install the enclosure that was purchased with the cart. The lack of attention to detail and customer service are why I would highly recommend buying a customized cart anywhere but here. I tried to cancel my order but they would not return my deposit. 2 weeks later- I didn't get to drive it for the first week or so and when I did i find out the front seat is wet, trying to figure out how to dry it out. The steering is terrible so I measured the toe in of the front tires and it's 2 inches. Per club car it's supposed to be 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. Once I adjusted it drives fine now. Like I said their lack of attention to any detail is pretty amazing for a custom shop."
