"I brought in my form 924 for ag exemption and the manager and cashier didn't know what it was (despite claiming that she had the exemption too, which is kind of sad). At one point, both the Manager and the Cashier were forcefully yelling at me because the Manager couldn't be bothered to save the form and give it to her higher ups. After I left, I saw the Cashier laughing with the Manager. This wasn't just rude. It was unprofessional and ignorant. Why would I ever want to do business with you now? She could not effectively describe Tractor Supply policies surrounding this state form for ag exemptions (how is she a manager at a feed store...?), or the actual process for submitting this form; and claimed they won't accept the form (but that they still give the exemption, which would be illegal). Also... They changed their rabbit feed brands. The manager was insistent that she has worked there for years and they've never sold Purina. I bought a bag of it from them last week. I still have the bag. Same color bag, but it is a completely different brand that I've never used and don't have any experience with. Wrong on all counts. I will be finding a better feed store and will only use this one when I have no other option going forward."

"Update.... They organized a farmers market special event for today. It was great. Christina coordinated it. She did a great job. She is super friendly, and was very helpful. Todd the manager was great as well. They both appreciated everyone who participated. I want to say thank you again to them for hosting. Several of the venders are hoping that they decide to try it again. Lots of outdoor / animal supplies"

"Had to do an online exchange, and Crystal the Manager was a huge help. She took time to call and figure everything out. I live three hours away from store 1193, and if I had to have another online order shipped, I would use the Atlanta, TX store again!!!! To top it off, they had a sales girl on the floor that was trying to get my husband to purchase anything from boots to a chicken house. As an experienced sales man himself he made the comment, "she has a bright future ahead of her and will be able to persuade anyone needed in her career!""

"Store is always clean, employees are hands on & helpful. Even in these uncertain times their shelves are well stocked. They've managed to keep most of their staple product available. I certainly recommend this store- as I drive 43 ml. round trip."

"Love this store! Always helpful staff, and they always have a great selection of items for your critters (mine are dogs and chickens), and just about any tools you need for your garden and yard. Great prices too, just bought a heavy duty rake for less than I expected to pay!"
