"They’re located in the spot that’s very convenient if I need coils or EJuice. I had problems with the first two kits I purchased and their return policy worked great for me. Although I don’t feel they’re concerned about customer service, Limited knowledge can be frustrating. When you don’t know much about vaping either."

I went to Create and Cig on Manhattan and these guys were awesome. Not only did they try to fix the problem with my old tank, they looked up the warranty and found out it was defective. Then they were so patient as I tried to figure out what to do. I ended up buying a new device from them with lots of guidance and help. I left that store very happy and they saved me money. I told them what I was looking for and they guided me through every step of the way, even with my small budget. I am trying to stop smoking, so they will have a customer for a while!!
