"I live not too far from this location of Brothers. They never have fountain drink cups and lids. I have stopped for months to get my $100 dollars of fuel because of the convenience. The staff is always rude. Someone should make the staff clean instead of sitting with long faces. I always give businesses a chance to change. I think several months is enough. I won't stop again."
"Asked for meat pies and I was given crawfish pies. When I told the young lady she had given me crawfish pies instead of meat pies she was very rude and tossed my bag on the counter. Very very rude people working at this location. Will not go there again."
"The the lack of proper English spoken by higher administration is very poor to say the least. Not only at this location is it absolutely horrible when it comes to speaking English but many other Brother’s locations as well. Fluent English speaking workers need to be enforced at all locations. Also, I’ve had unauthorized money taken from this location multiple times. I’ve went to the manager and then upper authority with this issue to receive very poor customer service reaction to say I was a consumer who’s money was stolen from the company! Nevertheless, as time has passed many others have experienced the same with their money & Brother’s unauthorized actions."
