"My daughter’s father found this daycare, she went for about a week. He thought it was 24 hours. I picked her up after she’d been there all day she smelled like urin. She had urinated on herself and still had the wet diaper on. My daughter’s clothes were damp which means she had been wet for a while. It’s not 24 hours and the daycare always seemd dusty not dirty but dust was everywhere all the time. They allowed the bigger kids to mix with the smaller ones and it didn’t seem as though they had enough staff which is another reason she only went for a week. I wouldn’t recommend."

"Walked in with my baby to check out the daycare. 1 teacher with 9 children who were relaxing watching tv, but the toys and walls aren’t clean. I didn’t see any sanitization product out anywhere and 2 children were allowed to run around the smaller children hitting each other and bumping other kids around so I couldn’t let my kid stay"

"When I signed my children up I was a bit skeptical about the location, so I asked questions about the location, the staff and how things were managed. The owner reassured me that she was working on her establishment and even showed me and explained to me some of her plans, after all some actions speak louder than a lot of words. After my children being enrolled for a little over two months I became concerned and started asking questions, such as: 1. Why are the staff always changing? 2. Why don’t the staff introduce themselves? 3. Why am I paying more than what I agreed to or buying stuff for “activities supplies” such as cotton balls, etc. if you charge a supply fee? 4. Are the toys sanitized and is the place cleaned every day? Which from the looks of it, it just contained a high level of dust. Apparently, me being concerned for my children and bringing up my concerns to her attention became a problem for her, my son was bitten by a spider (confirmed by urgent care) and had a nasty huge bump on his inner thigh, me mentioning the termites that are outside, the termites and spiders inside and the dirty walls and the way she treated her employees was just upsetting. She later then became upset because I started recording her, the location and how she treated the staff, sadly I guess she never learned the important life lesson of “You treat the person cleaning the bathroom of a company with the same respect you treat the CEO from that company”. When she became upset she called me on a Saturday morning, explaining that I had two weeks to remove my children. After explaining to her how I just paid her the daycare fees, how could she possibly keep my money and I not be able to leave my children at daycare so that I can work. That’s when she agreed and extended the two weeks so that I can have the service I had initially paid for. In conclusion, attached are pictures that speak for themselves. I also managed to reach out to the state and share my concerns and transferred my children to a different daycare. SHE'S NOT OPENED 24 HOURS"

"My daughter attends this daycare facility and has grown so much. My daughter was so shy and reserved and even a bit afraid of being away from home and in new place. It took her awhile to open up but the staff here was so patient and kind. They used different engagement techniques with her to get her to feel comfortable. Now my daughter is singing her ABCs and the Wheels on the Bus songs, she is making new friends, on all the photos I receive she is smiling and happy and the staff is always hands on and coming up with many activities and events on top of instructional time. Learning is fun here and I see that through my daughter."

"My granddaughter attended Discovery Kids Preschool until they moved and she loved it so much. She couldn't wait to go to school every day. The staff is AMAZING and loving people. My granddaughters favorite teacher was Mrs Debbie she's such a loving and nurturing person who makes sure each child feels loved. I loved the level of education and all the activities and celebrations each holiday. I highly recommend this school to any parent."
