"Landlord is absolutely crazy!! He is intrusive and asks personal questions that are none of his business. He refused to replace rusted out appliances that don't work right! He cannot keep maintenance men because he is too cheap to pay them decently, so he now has criminals working for him. He constantly watches the cameras and will kick your guests out for no reason except he does not like the way they look. He discusses private information about you and other tenants and slanders previous tenants by calling them thieves and dopeheads. He charges almost $800 a month for these run-down apartments that he refuses to update or even fix your broken appliances. His lease agreement tells you what your ac must be set at and that you cannot conduct ANY business out of your apartment which is ridiculous for those who work from home. He is mean and a bully! Unless you want to be miserable, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"
