"Been needing to write this review for a while now. 2019- my daughter started here in the mother's day out program initially and really didn't enjoy it at all. When she started going full time, she absolutely hated it. She would see me in the afternoon picking her up and as soon as she saw me she'd start bawling her eyes out and come running to me. It was very out of character for her. Dropping her off in the morning, she would beg to not go, but she'd be brave and tough it out for me. I kept asking the people running the place what was going on, and what could be bringing out this unusual behavior. Their consistent response was "some kids are so overwhelmed when their parents get here they just start crying" with a dismissive, nonchalant shrug of the shoulder. Thankfully, In the following weeks I was able to make other arrangements for her. The new place she was overjoyed to go to every day. No more crying on my arrival. Months after taking her away from this place she finally told me what was happening. She said that her teacher (overweight, with glasses, and black hair) would yell at her and be mean to her and that she didn't want to talk about it. That's all I was able to get out of her, but I believe her 100% considering that her behavior was totally different at the new place in conjunction with the dismissive nature of the staff when they were asked how she was doing and why she was having such a difficult time there. I'd give them a 1/10 rating all in all, because at least she didn't get any broken bones, but other than that not a lot of positive to speak of. Would definitely not recommend. Literally, I'd make ANY other arrangement possible."
