Walgreens Pharmacy

"I always have issues with this pharmacy. (Unfortunately not many accept my insurance) Whether it's the staff being rude or losing my prescriptions so I have to call the ER to fix their mistake, last week they didn't charge my insurance because there was "no diagnosis" so they expected me to pay $20 for medication for a DIAGNOSED abcess. Yesterday was the worst encounter. I paid for 2 prescriptions and one of them WAS THE COMPLETE INCORRECT PRESCRIPTION. Wrong pill bottle in a bag labeled for a completely different medication. I'm hoping they'll fix it today, but that's bad enough as is that the staff can make that level of mistake. If you have an option, RUN from this pharmacy."

"The pharmacy techs here are so rude. Had 3 prescriptions sent at different times and each separate time had the worst interaction with the staff. Plus they always seemed to be out of stock on my meds. Never again."

"Had an appointment to get vaccinated. Did my paperwork online. Got reminders and a confirmation number. Arrived the requested 15 minutes early and left 45 minutes later because they still couldn't find my appointment and didn't seem to have any idea how to handle a vaccination. I would have been understanding if they had been busy but for most of those 45 minutes I was the only one there."

"I totally understand being understaffed,backed up or very busy but this location pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Staff was not friendly or courteous. They seemed to lack knowledge of how their own system operates. Could not give me a correct time my prescription would be ready causing me to have to return 3 times !! This happened 3 months in a row so my business was taken elsewhere. They gave me too many crazy reasons why they hadn't filled it yet. It was BS. Since going elsewhere I've had not one of these issues. The wait in line inside was long. There were only 2 people working & the customer in front of me was very upset over the same kind of issue with their prescription. I strongly recommend you bring your prescription elsewhere. Not CVS. Almost the same experience."

"Sent to back of line because they couldn't figure out how to use my goodrx acct, and just bill my card. I waited to get prescription started. Then I came back when I got the call, another 25 min wait, now I'm waiting in an even bigger line, again, so another 30 min wait. This is not the convenience or customer service that justifies the 8 times higher price your store asks for my medication than say.. Kroger. Discontinuing using this venue for prescriptions."
