"DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!! They will lie and say you caused damages that they KNOW were there before you even signed the lease! You will not get your deposit back, I paid a $900 deposit, gave 30 days notice, was a good tenant even though they let people who recently got out of jail move in downstairs.....we had cops there on a weekly basis because of these LOUD neighbors and they STOLE OUR MAIL! I cleaned the property thoroughly before I turned over the keys. You know what they are giving me back on my deposit? $154..............I think it may be time for legal action."

"Whitney Jeffery will be the reason this company fails. Not only is she not professional and has absolutely no idea how to speak or treat her tentants they are scam artists. I was promised repairs to my house which never happened, I lived with a leaking ceiling in multiple places with my two children which no repaired after several complaints, after moving out I did what was asked and cleaned the home to their standards only to have every reason to not recieve my deposit back from Whitney Jeffery. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home. They have no care in who they help find a home or what kind of condition they leave you in to home your family."
