"First of all this maintenance request that was spoken of happen five months ago and vents are still closed due to the wasps that were getting in my apartment!!!!! The entire still is opened and not one has touched the opening so no the request wasn’t fore filled!!!!"
"Update 2 12.25.23...Still pleased with living here. The community is quiet and relatively safe. Management and maintenance are very professional, friendly and responsive. Complex is clean and well maintained. Update: I've been living here for about 4 months and am still happy here. Staff is really quick even live on the property so they see all and address it immediately. Maintenance team is also good and quick and keep the grounds clean. So far so good! Friendly, professional staff. Modern, updated apartments. Beautiful aesthetic. Great value."

"The grounds are kept pretty clean. The staff are pretty quick to respond as well to any maintenance issues. Don’t leave anything in your car or truck or it will get stolen though. There are no cameras or guards patrolling the grounds so stay here at your own risk."
"I've had my car broken in to multiple times. No cameras, no gates, nothing can be done. Definitely would not recommend living here or even staying here over night. You can do more than hope and pray that burglaries do not happen again. Preventative measures can be put into place. Instead of painting bricks blue and lighting up your new sign out front you could have put up cameras and gotten a gate. I am not a resident at this place, though I have recently signed a lease to become a future tenant. I understand that you can not control crime in the area, but you can put forth an effort to deter it. I've stayed here as a guest and I've had my car broken into twice, imagine living here. What do you plan on doing to make your residents feel safe on your property? What do you plan on doing to protect their belongings? Imagine if car burglaries turn into something more, like breaking and entering. What are you planning on doing to keep your residents safe? Hoping and praying just isn't going to cut it."
