"My husband and I had a great experience with Jamestown! The apartments we lived in were spacious, well cared for, and felt very safe. The staff overall were very helpful and friendly, even helping us out by letting us use the clubhouse as a wedding reception venue when our original plans fell through last minute! Brittany was especially helpful to us with anything we needed! Maintenance requests were always dealt with quickly and the grounds are well cared for. It was also near Barksdale AFB, which was important for us. We have recommended Jamestown to our friends looking for apartments in Bossier!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. Not only did this place discriminated against me, but lied to keep me from moving in. I want to say that I don’t recommend anyone to waste your time or money at this apartment. The assistant manager “Brittney” was very rude to me, my mother, and godfather. While she was suppose to be assisting me in finding a new place, she made it impossible to communicate with her. For example, she would talk over me, hang up before I could finish talking, and was hesitant to answer questions when I needed help with my application. A day after doing my application she emailed me to tell me I was denied because I didn’t make three times the rent. (Also we asked if the person moving in had to make three times the rent and she told us no) She didn’t even offer to tell me about other apartments that may be close in my price range, but instead hung up in my face. When I called to ask her about it, she continued to be rude to me and my mom. We then decided to call corporate, but to our dismay the woman working for cooperate was rude and also a racist as well. At that moment I decided it would not be a good fit for me. To anyone trying to find an apartment, I do not recommend Jamestown. Me just applying for the application was stressful enough, I couldn’t imagine living there for a couple months to a year. Please do yourself a favor and find a new complex with assistants/managers who is willing to assist you and don’t discriminate against other races."

"Visited my son who's living here. Nice place to live! All of the office staffs are very kind and the maintenance staff(Roosevelt)is great!"

"Lived here for almost 3 years. Positives: Gorgeous, spacious apartments. Great customer service. Loved the two pools! It gives you options in case one us super busy. Very pet-friendly! Lots of folks have dogs and there's a little fenced in dog park in the back corner. Residents don't always pick up after their dogs in the park but are very good about picking up after them elsewhere. Complex is well-lit and I always felt safe. Drawbacks: litter has started becoming a bit of an issue over the past year. Residents don't always do a great job getting their trash into the compactor and sometimes just leave the bags to pile up outside it. Also, they just let the pool filters do the work in cleaning the pool, so usually my husband would skim it before we swam."
