"I have been at Cypress Pointe for over a year with little to no problems. The office staff always are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The maintenance staff is also knowledgeable and complete tasks in a timely manner. I am transferring to another one of their properties due to their knowledge and friendly cooperation. "We love Cypress Pointe Apartments! The staff is so kind and attentive. They go out of their way to provide social opportunities for neighbors to meet and interact with each other. "A great place to live! Very quiet and safe gated community with nice amenities and updated units. We’ve been here for about a year and have only had a few small issues (AC going out and a small leak by our balcony door) and their maintenance staff has gotten our things taken care of super quick (within the same day or next). Everyone has been super nice and helpful (especially Heather at the front office), and we plan on staying here for a bit longer."
"Absolutely outstanding management. I enjoy living here, no noise issues, grounds are kept up extremely well, nice amenities. Work orders are processed within 24 business hours. Office staff is extremely friendly and outstanding. Unit is very clean and construction is modern. Love the vaulted ceiling in family room. PLENTY of parking! Pools are well kept. Very safe and scenic area, close to shopping. Hot water and AC work great. If there are any issues, a work order resolves them. Appliances are not super luxurious but good enough. Again, if there is an issue, they will resolve it. Great complex and great bargain."
