"How these people havent been sued out of business by now is BEYONNND me.. soo many breach of contracts and doesnt seem they care... Been here 2 months, still no workin ac in 90 degree weather, windows are cracked, old, never been replaced and they are sealed shut from 10 layers of paint. Had a rat infestion, roaches, ants, both kitchen and bathroom sinks STILL clogged from previous tenants. Took over a month to get a new water heater to have warm water, took over a month to replace the brokendishwasher from prev tenants. Took over a month to fix the front & back door that wouldnt seal OR lock, which ended up causing water damage to half our furniture. 'Laundrymat' is closed ALL the time and takes your money (which you wont get back lol). Maitenance doesnt show for WEEKS, if at all. And if they do 7/10 times they say 'ill brb' then bail. Electric bill is almost half your rent bc the windows need replaced. Pipes leaked for weeks when we first moved in, causing more water damage and leaking thru the floors/cielings into the kitchen. Gotten to the point were thinking of suing for damages, stress and breach of contract."

"Needs rebuilding instead of renovating. Majorrrrrr rat problems. Maintenance is terrible. Air conditioner problems upstairs. Not a place to live with children. Office Staff is nice but only soo much they can do. Owner is nice. Moved in & moved right back out."

It has been a wonderful experience since I've moved in. I love the staff, everyone is very professional and courtesy. The office manager is wonderful. I came in with a positive outlook on getting in and they have been great. My apartment has not had any issues, but with the staff that they have its a guarantee that if one does occur they will definitely be on top of the job. So if your looking for a great, quiet, kid friendly atmosphere for your family, this is the place to be......"
