"My experience since I been here where do I start... I immediately had plumbing problems first week in.. water was lukewarm but for the last month or so we have had no hot water. I have to boil water to wash dishes.. I gotta boil water to take a bath... no one responds to my complaints ...the grounds is a mess constantly.. the trash makes it everywhere but the dumpster... Rent is reasonable I guess you get what you pay for but there has gotta be something that can be done about this hot water issue.. apts are spacious location is a plus... management is cool maintenance can b improved drastically by hiring another maintenance crew... back to my bathroom sink backing up... I'm already fighting a deadly eye infection and I feell like these living conditions are adding to itat this point I am loo locking to file a complaint against the complex"
"Terrible apartments. We moved in and it was infested with roaches, we've tried to tell management to send over maintenance to fix the problem but we got no answer and now we have to spend more money getting rid of them. The bathrooms are in terrible shape, both toilets don't flush and when they do it floods out the hallway and leaves a foul stench. Maintenance did come in and check the problem but they just looked and left without telling us anything. Don't every come here if you're looking for good quality housing."
"They literally don’t fix anything the apartment was dirty when I moved in the shower didn’t work. I have two bathrooms and one of the bathrooms toilet doesn’t flush and I’ve told them multiple times but they keep sending people over and they literally do nothing but plunge it and say it work and then leave toilet water all over the floor and my neighbors are loud the police are over here constantly and the apartments next door do a lot of shooting and that is so loud I can hear it or my tv and over my sleep when I’m a heavy sleeper like I literally get scared to walk outside from my car at night getting from work I have been here for a couple months and the first day I move in the kids pulled my stuff off my door and stole it"
