"Just visiting a friend so the fact the apartments themselves are kind of tucked away has pros and cons…but once I found it the parking is labeled but not assigned. The complex itself is quiet and rather small So I would actually use the word intimate in description. Large window for natural Light. Very open floor plan which I personally appreciate, every room (2bed, open front living dining and kitchen area) was very nicely sized and set up for easy decor options and home space flow. The bathroom was sort of small but it has all that a bathroom needs to have…. There is a front and back entrance to all units. Not tons of cupboard space but my host had a couple shelf units (one to match decor with personal effects and one that was more utility style to allow for what I consider a large collection of mini to med sized modern day cooking machines. Washer dryer hook ups and dishwasher and other appliances come installed. The air seemed to be central and self controlled a/c and heat. No visible distress to interior or exterior of units caused by lack of care, extreme tenants or age. My friend commented on that and the willingness to send any needed contractors right away (for things such as plumbing etc.). Some local Utilities included in a reasonable rent. Not sure if pets are allowed (I seen none) but there is a small bit of grass just over a small back porch space provided out each units rear entrance. Was able to play music at levels so loud prevents 2 people sharing a couch to be able to talk to one another (so…pretty darn loud)…..and it didn’t bother the neighbors to either side or up above. This was after midnite and with the back door porch area open. Far as apartment(s) unit and communities go….I would recommend and thought pretty highly as a whole of the place. Total of 2 visit and maybe 7 hours total ain’t much but I’d say fair amount of time to judge (?)."

"Management takes a long time to follow up requests for repairs or replacement. Apartment is not my expectations standard at all. Apartment odor is unpleasant. This is my opinion and observation of apartment."
