"I lived here from 2016-2018 and loved it. Had a 2-bed/1 bath apt upstairs which was 1000 sq ft, had a ceiling fan in the living room, with the bedroom and bathrooms being more than big enough, with nice carpeting. Kitchen space was a little cramped, but PLENTY of room for pots/pans and nice little pantry plus an "inset" desk at one side where you could put a computer (desktop or laptop) and use as an office space: that was SUPER convenient when you needed to cook and continue working! The apartments were clearly well insulated, and you'll likely have to deal with SWEPCO for your power company (never had trouble with them and they accept electronic checks/payment online that you can set up billing with online with your bank). Only small downside is internet connection, which at the time was limited to AT&T, a 6 mb d/l per sec. While the connection was stable, AT&T could be hard to deal with. Brick building, and the property mgmt company made sure each level/block of apts had a fire extinguisher AND complex was within 100 yards of a fire hydrant, lowering cost greatly for renter's insurance. Grounds nicely kept and I never remember having to even think of calling about noise once. Only time I needed help was something wonky with a breaker box that was easily fixed and attended to right away. This is set off the road a bit, going east out of town, but basically cut out of the Piney Woods and if you're a bird lover, you're sure to hear plenty of birds singing in the mornings. Nice all-around view. This is managed by Clements Realty on Louise Street, and I never had a single problem dealing with the office, as Becky was always so incredibly kind, willing to listen and generally brighten your day. Also, the PRICE for this space is VERY reasonable relative to other places, so if you move to Atlanta for work, MAKE SURE to check out these apartments and find out if they have a vacancy, as it's for sure a well-maintained gem!"
