"Second time I've come here within business hours to find the doors locked and no one present. Arrived at 9:25 and no one was here. Waited a few min and an employee sped into the parking lot and whipped around into a spot yet still took her time entering the store while 3 other vehicles pulled into the parking lot. Staff definitely needs to work on thier time management"
"HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! To I went into the store to purchase some tape for a get well card for a family member in the hospital. I have went to other Family Dollar Stores and never in my have I experienced the most RUDEST customer service in my life I did not have a mask on and the manager treated me like dirt. I explained mam I apologize I was unaware I’ve never been in this store before I will remember next time I do apologize. Also with Texas have lifted the mask ban had me very confused it’s how horrible the employee treated me she was harassing me repeatedly all i was doing was purchasing some tap. I WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE TILL BETTER SERVICE IS OFFERED. I have also reported this to the local BBB. DO NOT SHOP HERE If you want to be treated very poorly!!!"
"It is a small store with a really big inventory. But they try and keep it as organized as possible... Staff is for sure very friendly. Love the selections. They deserve a bigger store. And starting pay should be 11. As a former family dollar employee I know it takes a team.. 5 stars for this location."
"Every time I go into this store its a problem. The manager throw new people on the registrar who give you wrong information leaving you stuck with crappy merchandise failing to honor the wrong info...as a part of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in there today and shopped around for the funky manager to check me out and tell me she didnt have change."
