"Theater employees were nice and friendly and everything was clean. The seats were extra large and very comfortable. I couldn't figure out how to recline the seats but no big deal."
"I came on a Tuesday the Lady at the counter, where you purchase tickets was very rude obnoxious and ghetto. I was unaware in order to get the tickets for 6.50 you would have to have a membership. I gave her my phone number and email and she kept saying it’s not valid it’s not going through. She never once told me in order to get it for that price. All I had to do was sign up a new membership. My son told me he heard her tell her manager there is a lady at, the front that is being very rude. Which was a total lie all I was asking her is what do I need to do in order to get the free membership she failed to give me that information. However, her manager did come over and signed me up for the membership. No apologies were given this whole experience and location Was very unacceptable and I will be contacting Corporate."
"I often wonder what is driving audiences away from cinemas. And tonight, I realized it’s bad movie theaters like this one. Wow. The staff was abysmal, especially the woman selling tickets in the front. I couldn’t find a single clean stall in the screen 15 bathrooms. The Prytania theaters are cheaper, closer, and provide way better service - they will get my extremely loyal business from now on. So sad to a movie theater I went to throughout my entire childhood fallen into such a sad state."
"It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it's great, meaning the food is in stock and minimal crowds. Other times you might catch only one concessions worker trying to ring up sales and make food that has to be cooked also. Kudos to the worker but shame on management for not preparing enough crew to work or helping out themselves when it gets chaotic. The theater is usually clean except when a big movie comes out and the staff is overwhelmed. Security present most nights in the parking lot. I Definitely avoid the place when a new urban movie is released because a large amount of unruly high schoolers usually attends."
"I'm rating 3 stars my selected seat had a bunch of outside garbage I believe a taco bell box n bag, had to move it over. I had a disinfectant wet wipe & used that to clean my seat had tomatoes in other junk in my chair. Usually cleaner. Oh n I thru out that yuck garbage after movie, you can do better. But enjoyed the show yesterday Aquaman 2"
