"Was refused medical care by Dr. Pratt & this practice over a $333 bill today. Offered to pay some & was still refused. Patients do not come first with this company. So basically they'll make you an apt over the phone & then refuse you when you drive all the way there. They did call the day before to inform me but I thought it was to just confirm my appointment."
