"I went to this clinic on a Friday for a 2nd opinion after being on antibiotics for 4 days for an infection. I was still in a-lot of pain and my 1st dr wanted me to wait all weekend. This clinic staff was friendly, quick, and thorough. I appreciated the time the Dr spent listening to my concerns & he really cares. He prescribed me a stronger antibiotic & other medication. The next day I felt better & 2 days later my pain was completely gone! I am so glad I went there on Friday! This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this clinic & will continue to be a patron."

And the nurses and doctor were very attentive and understanding without being cloyingly professional…like talking to the doctor about my medical history felt like venting to a friend rather than just listing symptoms."
"I had a great visit at Lake After Hours in Central. A nurse called me in for my appointment shortly after I arrived and I met another nurse in the exam room. I had to wait slightly longer on the Physician’s Assistant, Carl Cramer, and initially he gave me no return date for work. However, he told me exactly why I got the virus I had, and what caused it. I am happy to report that I received his note to return to work with in two days today."
"Went in to Lake Urgent for my daughter bc I thought it would be better than waiting for Central Stat to open at 9. Got there at 8:30ish and left after 10. Only two people were there ahead of me so I’m unsure what could possibly have taken so long. Staff was nice, so I didn’t want to be rude to them about the wait time but it definitely made my whole day that much longer. Next time I will stick to Central Stat where they have a sense of urgency when dealing with patients"
