"I called to inquire about making a new patient appointment. The receptionist answered the phone "doctor's office". At first I thought I had the wrong number so I paused for a moment. I stated that I was calling to schedule a new patient appointment. She asked me what kind of appointment. I said therapy. She asked which insurance. I responded Cigna. She then stated that none of the doctors were accepting Cigna. Now this surprised me seeing I had just gottten their number off MyCigna website. I didn't even bother to argue. I just said ok and hung up. The vibe I received was that my business wasn't wanted at all and that my phone call was an inconvenience. Moving on elsewhere."
