"Will not return to this clinic, I’ve had to do drug screenings for a month, I’ve used this location a total of two times. the other times I’ve been to the location on Perkins. However this visit for my drug screen unlike any other of my past 4 visits had to be observed and that’s fine I don’t mind, except the lady observing continued to open the door WHILE I was on the toilet the man standing at the desk could clearly see me all in all it just made me super uncomfortable she did this MULTIPLE times. This particular clinic was aware this drug screen and the last was for court the last time I was here, the lady who “observed” me was also the lady who signed off on my last drug screen. Also the provider told me abt Walgreens pharmacy staying open later so I could get the medication I needed tonight so I went with said pharmacy, I go to pick up and they never called my medication in the pharmacist said this particular location is notorious for forgetting to call medication in. :( (this pharmacy is out of my way) Will be calling to complain to a higher up tomorrow"
