"Dr Arriaga is an AMAZING doctor. This is not a rating on him. My rating is on the OLOL Hearing and Balance Center itself. I have tried for at least 6 months to have a surgery scheduled. I understand since Covid this can be difficult but I have not even gotten a call, voice mail, email or anything to tell me any update or even acknowledge they received my calls to schedule. I was never able to talk to a person to ask for an update. Just left several voicemails. Very frustrating!! Just want to have my surgery so I can hear well again!"

"The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable, but the reason for the one star is related to the establishment as a whole. I had a similar issue as mentioned before about them charging what appears to be an ER co-pay maybe for a hearing test. Also, the staff does not take care of their patients needs as they should. I have tried many of times after my surgery to get answers (phone and email)about medical issues. Many of those times witout a call back or response. I was also required to have medical release paperwork filled out so I could return to work. The paperwork was provided a week prior to my surgery. I have called and messaged them every day since my surgery with hardly a response and no paperwork provided. I finally drove all the way to their offices for them to tell me all they're waiting on is a signature. I told them they could have contacted me and told me that. This staff is the worst staff I have ever dealt with. The doctors and hospitals reputation will suffer if they cannot connect with their patients and fix their issues. I will update this post if I ever get resolutions."

"I had a wonderful experience! Moises Alberto Arriaga, MD was who my EMT referred me to for evaluation of my hearing problem. Dr. Arriaga, his Nurse Practitioner and a Resident in training Physician all saw me… during my examination process. Dr. Arriaga was very thorough and performed an extremely detailed exam - even had an MRI done to check my inner ear issues. The Audiologist was very thorough and professional as well. I had several high-tech hearing tests done to supplement the Dr's assessment and to fit me for hearing aids. I was very pleased. Did not have an issue with appointments, the front desk or with additional charges added. All was very professional and above board!"

"Dr. Sevy is a wonderful and well educated Doctor. However, Be aware that when you see this Doctor you are charged an additional $490.00 Emergency Room visit even though you never went to the ER or the Hospital to see the Dr. I saw him at his office during a normal office hour and was shocked when I got a bill in for $490.00 because I saw him at his office which is adjacent to the OLOL Hospital. I have called everyone I can and they all say that is the new "policy" of this office. The $490.00 ER bill is in addition to the amount that I had to pay for the office visit. Crazy. But you have been warned. Great Doctor, but not worth that kind of money for a 10 minute office visit."

"They are not professional. It took forever to get an appointment...Then they did not complete the process and I did not get to see the physician. When I tried to reschedule and get a copy of my tests I could not get a response and had to contact another physician and an attorney to just get a copy of the records. The audiologist that I saw was very good. However, my experience with the MDs is that they are only interested in maximum reimbursement not helping the patient and should reread that oath they take. When I shared this with the referring physician he said that he was aware that they have a reputation for such behavior....obviously they are not held accountable by their peers."
