"The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Every concern & question I had was addressed promptly & precisely. Even though I was a new patient, check-in was surprisingly quick. My wait time here was comparable to my wait time as the only patient in my primary care doctor's waiting area. I absolutely will be recommending this clinic to my family, friends, & coworkers, and going forward I will be exclusively using this urgent care facility. The building is new, the medical equipment is new, and every single hallway & room I visited was spotless and obviously well maintained. Don't get me wrong, the other urgent care facilities in the local area are good--a solid 4/5 stars; however, the Patient Plus clinic on Siegen easily earns a flawless 5/5 stars from me. TL;DR The next time you need urgent care, give this 5/5 stars facility a try. I promise you will be blown away by the service, and you will be coming back for your next urgent care visit."
"Wait was less than 10 minutes, very nice, helpful personnel from the moment we walked in. The physicians assistant was very nice. She was very thorough, she went over everything concerning the visit, she genuinely took her time to answer our questions and concerns. Her diagnosis was exactly what she found to be the problem and addressed the situation in a professional and genuinely caring manner. We were very impressed with this young physician’s assistant. I will be using this facility and telling family, friends and coworkers. If more clinics had their care and concern about the patients health like this clinic did with us truly made a world of difference."
"Scheduled appt and walked right in and placed in a room 15 minutes later. Facility very clean and the staff was professional and very friendly. All were very attentive as I expressed how I was feeling. Ran a few test as I was concerned of spreading what I had. Doctor gave diagnosis and answered all my questions.
