They told me I would be fine, and they brought me a great cup of coffee after my procedure. I would like to thank each and everyone of them for treating me with kindness and great service!!!!"

"Nice people but they ‘blew out’ my vein getting some blood to type. I have rolling veins and I know they can be hard to find but Baton Rouge clinic and Baton Rouge Orth Clinic have never had problems finding a vein and drawing blood. These people need to be better trained and when they have difficulty they need to have someone more experienced to call on to do the job. Aggravating."

"Had my surgery at BRG Center for Health on 12/30/22. Everyone was so nice from check in to post-op. I was so nervous prior to surgery day, but everyone being so kind to me made it so much easier and relaxing. Mrs. Jessie called the day before surgery and confirmed some medical history and let me ask all kinds of ridiculous questions. Mrs. Carly and Mrs. Lucy got me prepped for surgery in the pre-op area. These ladies were so kind and so positive they really put me at ease. The part I was most worried about was getting the IV in my hand because so many people had told me how painful it can be. Mrs. Lucy made it about as painless as it could be. I really enjoyed being with these ladies prior to surgery. I met the CRNA, Mrs. Emily, in pre-op and she was very nice as well. She gave me my “margarita”, as she called it. I remember them raising the rails on the bed and wheeling me through the double doors. We stopped for a few seconds inside those double doors and I don’t remember anything past that until I woke up in PACU. Not sure if they gave me something else at that point or what. I thought the anesthesia part would be so horrible, but it was obviously so boring that I don’t remember any of it. When I woke up in PACU, Mrs. Mia was checking on me and helping with pain management. I don’t remember too much of what was going on, but I wanted to remember her name because she was so nice and kind to me. Overall, I believe I had the absolute best surgery experience I could have. Thank you all for helping Dr. Daugherty with my procedure. Thanks for taking such great care of me. You all are AWESOME!"

"I was very disappointed with my experience here following my surgery yesterday. There are so many things that was done poorly I can not even document them all here. The only reason I gave two stars is because of Nurse Emily who was AMAZING, everyone on the anesthesia team was great, my nurse during surgery came and talked to me beforehand and was great. But post op car was very subpar and if I ever have to have another procedure done I am going to make sure it is not at this facility."
