"Bad experience and the last visit want to cut me again..look do I need to get cut some more? I had appointment so I said not cut need pain meds and antibiotics my whole left foot is outta there.. Man he took pictures and sent me out the door and said $24 is left after insurance..Do you think I paid them for hopping around for 5 months and in extreme pain.."

"Today we had an appointment at Dr. Silver's office, as a follow up to our visit of 4 weeks ago. The foot injection treatment of early July didn't help my wife's foot pain, but we paid $230, no insurance, for that visit. So when we called later and made a follow-up appointment for the pain for today, we asked if there would be a charge since the previous treatment didnt help; we were told no charge. It made sense since first treatment was not helpful, and maybe another injection would help. So today Dr. Silver, a good and compassionate doctor, suggested oral medications. Then we proceeded to leave, but the receptionist asked us to wait for the bill. I mentioned to the receptionist that we were told there won't be a charge. That's when the tall lady behind the counter intervened and behaved so irrationally and crazy. When I asked the receptionist to send me the bill of $155, the tall lady behind the counter screamed at me very loudly that I was going to skip paying, judging me and accusing me of being a thief. Then she got on my case that I created these problems because my Insurance deductible was so high. She compared my deductible to her very low deductible, a comparison that made no rational sense to me. Then she got into my face from behind her counter and said "DON'T PLAY GAMES WITH ME", then she said "YOU don't know who I am - I am his wife pointing to Dr. Silver". I said I don't care who you are. Then the receptionist said the bill is $155 which i paid on my Credit Card as we were leaving. That was total of $385 for two visits, and my wife's foot pain hasn't yet subside at all. Then she threatened me by holloring towards Dr. Silver, who was in the treatment room, to issuing some kind of letter against me, which meant nothing to me. In summary, we really like Dr. Silver, being a very consciousness provider, but we will never go back to that office again as long as that woman works there. She humiliated us, when we paid so much money $385, for ZERO relief of the pain we went there for in the first place. Beaumont or even Houston will be an option, to avoid being humiliated again. Sorry I took too much time here, i am going to my backyard to my money-tree to pick off a few more $20 bills."
