"I have used this dr for 9 years,always had great experience with the dr. Fast forward 9years, now my new baby can never get in for a sick visit and will not allow me to make a sick apt. Front office staff recommend me see minute clinic. I don't like that they are to busy to see my child when he's sick. I now see a new dr who got me in the day of! 2 stars."

"her office staff to wear piercing which very unprofessional Horrible staff and service I feel like they discrimination is at the all time high if it isn't Hispanic parents or patients I went there recently to make a complaint about her staff being rude she actually defended them this was the most intrusive thing to do to a parent who is trying to get allergy feed back from the medical provider who which advised us to take him get an allergy test done and the office staff was so rude when I sated I would like to get the results and a clear understanding about his test results from an MD they stated being rude and one lady named Laurie answered the phone with this ghetto attitude like a thug from the streets saying I'm the office manager after speaking to the MD im deciding to find a better facility because she defended them which is why they have rude attitudes because nothing never happens my son has been a patient there since an infant don't go here if you want fair treatment or to be taken seriously when you're talking about your son's health I'll be making a complaint to the health and human services"

"I've been taking my children here since dr punsalan was there. Since mary has taken over, I have had many issues with her and the staff. My child has an infection, not only do I have to go to an ER, I also have to deal with finding a new dr. Very disappointed with her level of care when it comes to our children."

"My son had a rash from head to toe. I tried for 3 days straight to get in to see Dr. Sohoski. Finally when I couldn’t, I brought him to the ER. They ran tests and we figured out my son is allergic to amoxicillin. When I got in 2 days after that for a follow up appointment with her, she never even looked at my son. She came in the room and talked down to me the entire time. She was angry that I went to the hospital, she told me that their diagnosis was wrong it’s “impossible” for him to be allergic to amoxicillin, then left the room. All without ever looking at him once. Or doing a single test. You can only schedule appointments the day of. I’ve been trying AGAIN for several days to get my son in. The girl at the front desk told me they were booked up FIVE MINUTES into them being opened. Also, they started a policy that if you didn’t give your child EVERY one of their vaccinations that your child is removed from her practice permanently. This place is ridiculous. Only cares about their money. I’d give 0 stars if I could."
