"Was in the building for less than 20 minutes. They gave me a Covid test and a flu test and charged me over $400. Zero medications… told me to go to Walmart and Sudafed. What a rip off. Will never be back."
"Friendly staff and the NP there was great, but it cost $400 for a quick visit, even though they billed my insurance. It cost $150 for the cash price or $400 when they bill your insurance... so I ended up paying more out of pocket than if I had just paid cash. To me, that is really shady billing practices when I specifically asked up front what my cost would be."
"The staff at Texas Medical clinic are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted and taken care of quickly. I went In with a runny nose, sore throat and intermittent chills. I also have a lung condition, so I needed to get treatment quickly. The PA who took care of me comprehended my needs and took care of them. She was friendly, but focused and my husband and I felt she was really sharp. (He works in the medical field also.) This is a good place to go for urgent care. ."
"A huge shout out to this facility and the amazing staff there Emily, Farrah, and Renee for taking care of my husband tonight. We've been to nearly every ER or urgent care in the area and this was by far the best experience yet. Kindness and patience with us from the moment we signed in and through our entire experience. They were quick acting, lovely to be around, and genuinely made us feel cared for not just another patient in their day. By far the best experience we've had in the area."
"I brought my mom when she called me from work and felt really bad and needed to go home. She had been coughing and not feeling her best so for her to call me I knew she needed to get checked. Her appt with her GP could not be sooner than the end of November, so no choice but to try an urgent care situation. I'll definitely opt for an urgent care over the ER any day, but never want to get a lesser level of care wherever I go. We received the best service and care from start to finish. From the front desk who remained very professional during a potentially aggressive situation with another patient, to both practitioners who took care of her, listened and were attentive to everything we shared. I really appreciate her obvious and genuine want to help my mom feel better and for that I am grateful. Will definitely be back when the need arises for myself as well."
