"This place isn’t even worth the one star I’m giving it somebody needs to report this place and have it shut down. The doctor is never there and she doesn’t really communicate or even listen to what you have to say. The nurses are even worse they don’t even really want to talk to you their attitudes suck and aren’t helpful at all I’m a type two diabetic and I have to see this so-called doctor for my medication. I ran out of refills. I’ve been calling since Thursday to get refills. They said they sent something over to the pharmacy. Obviously a lie the pharmacy never had anything then the pharmacist sent over a request for refills twice to the doctor and a pharmacy tech once of course when I go there, they say they never got anything clearly a lie so I go in to see her and when I do she’s never there today. They told me she was doing Tele dock calls. I’ve never done a Teladoc call a day in my life so I had to do one and the person they put me on with missed one of my medication’s so I’m without until I have to see this so-called doctor at my next appointment this place is just bad couple of years ago. They misdiagnosed my brother and almost killed him. My mother need a referral to a place that will repair her hearing aid she even gave them the number of the place they couldn’t even do that right my mother had to do it do yourself a favor if you care about your health stay away from this place"

"Never ever will I do a virtual call again my daughter was sick I didn't have a ride so I did a virtual call the doctor quickly diagnosed her with sinus and throat infection so she was out of school for 3 days I was told they would email me her doctor's excuse and this was on the 6th and I haven't received her excuse yet I was told by the receptionist that sometimes it doesn't go through please Y'all need better customer service it's awful might need to shut this place down"

"i wish i could give this place 0 stars. first, the dr did not care about our concerns at all. When we explained our symptoms she cut us off, and jumped to the first conclusion she thought of. When we tried telling her we would like a blood test to determine if my partner had diabetes. Our concerns were not listened to at all, in fact, neglected. She sighed every time we would mention something new, barely spoke a word to us, and when she did it was condescending. Second, the communication in that office was absolutely horrific. The receptionists were telling us one thing and then said “oh we meant this not that”. if you “meant this” then why didn’t you say it in the first place? We ran back and forth from the office to the hospital because they weren’t communicating once again and didn’t give us the paper work. So, we went back to get the paperwork we needed just for them to tell us we can’t even get the test done today because it needs to be scheduled. WHY WAS NONE OF THIS MADE KNOWN TO US?!? we were constantly scrambling and looking stupid because the office did not tell us what to do or where to even do it. So, we left with basically nothing done for us. Only thing that did get done was a blood test done by another NICE lady in a separate lab from the office itself. Like, the woman doing the blood work was apologizing for how much the ladies at the office were making us run around and not telling us anything. Overall, it was terrible and I will not be coming back. Honorable mention to the tall nice nurse that listened to our concerns before the Dr, she was wonderful and I wish she was the dr…"

"I went in on Monday I've been experiencing pain I was told that they were going to call I. Some meds to the pharmacy I've called almost every single day and I'm told they will resend it and as of today which is Wednesday going Into Thursday I still have not received any medication and I'm still in pain . They should refund me my payment for the office visit . It was anti inflammatory meds I need they should probably be shut down due to lack of patient care I will be filing complaints with the health department and all govt agencies which this office has to answer too. The five patient rights were not met ."

"They want to make the patients do their job for them. I called to ask for information on my xray I had done over a week ago. First of all, the nurse I spoke with was extremely rude! She spoke to me like she had a problem with me calling for information, then she acted like she had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and wanted me to do the running around to figure it out. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone, if at all! This office just does not care about their patients... Complete waist of time and money!"
