"Staff will randomly access your medical records and GASLIGHT YOU into coming into their office, not realizing that the fake info they gave you based on we records on tests that WERE NOT RUN BY THEIR LAB indicate a life threatening condition if they’d look at your WHOLE chart. Spouse lost a day’s wages, gas was wasted, and the amount of FEAR put on my family, things we cant get back."
