"Went here twice in one month due to having a normal check up because I like to get my thyroid checked cause thyroid issues run in my family and then I was having very bad wrist pain to where I couldn’t close my wrist. For the thyroid check up I felt like the doctor wasn’t listening to my concerns at all. I told him my family history, what I experience that I wanted some answers as to what it could be and I was told we will do some blood work to make sure your okay but you need to lose weight. Yes I am aware of that. But my concerns had nothing to do with that. 2 weeks later I get a call telling me my blood results are all normal but I need to go back in to get weight loss shots…. I go back for my wrist pain, different doctor This time, telling me I probably pulled a muscle or ligament and I should go for an X-ray….last time I checked xrays don’t show ligaments…just a waste of time and then was told I should consider going back to get weight loss treatments. Luckily my chiropractor is amazing and he actually treated my wrist pain and laughed when I told him they were sending me for an xray. Not every health concern comes down to weight. Yes I am aware I need to lose weight but that was not the purpose for any of my appointments. I did not ask for weight loss advice. I am aware of my weight and size thank you very much. Will never go back. Completely disappointed me and made me feel uncomfortable."

"My 8 year old daughter has been sounding worse so we brought found a WALK-IN AVAILABLE office and we got in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! The young NA was a very young man and when speaking to our daughter he called her ma’am. It was so sweet. It helped her relax and feel comfortable. The Dr. Was so nice and helpful. He made me feel better and our daughter. He told her “you should listen to your parents they know some things” and she has been blowing her nose AND listening better!! What a wonderful experience!!"

"I was seen by NP Katie on a Tuesday for strep. Recieved scripts for z-pack, Flonase and cough suppressant . Was also told to take elderberry, allergy meds, and Vic's. Did all of that with no relief went back Friday for different meds that may help bette with possibly bronchitis. She did not hear anything and said there was nothing she could do. To just go home and take some ibuprofen and Tylenol. She said she could do an x-ray and give a one time steroid shot, but nothing else. No other meds to go home.with so I had to spend the whole rest of the weekend up for most of the nights coughing violent fits. Went to a different doctor Monday and got an inhaler, different cough syrup, and a 4 pack of steroids, and different antibiotics. I have never been treated so dismissive by another doctor like this before. It was crazy"

"I have needed to get a new PCP, as my doctor for years is no longer practicing..I have been putting it off for months...after a high recommendation from a friend I decided to bite the bullet and make an appointment....I have to say I am very impressed ..:although I have a lengthy drive from Crystal Beach it was so very worth it. Everyone I came in contact with today was very nice and did not make me feel like I was just a dollar sign."
