"Why do you send U.S. Mail solicitations to someone in the DFW area 300 miles from you? I would never consider doing business with an insurance agent so far away. Just stop. Sending mail so far out of your area makes it nothing but junk mail. How hard is it to edit and limit your mailing list geographically?"

"I think my experience started out as a good one, but soured towards the end. During the time rates went up i had an error on my account showing i had not paid the in full amaount and therefore still owed the 10% discount. The agency did not help me, told me i was in the wrong and this money was in fact owed. After walking the prejean agents through the math, they went back and allegedly talked directly to allstate and was told the account was correct, then relayed this info to me. However, i contacted allstate directly and was able to get the problem fixed and prove the ammount was not owed. I was very upset having to do all the leg work and basically fight for me and fix my policy when that is the job of the prejean agency. Also take into the account i informed the prejean agency i would be leaving, no note was made on their end and they tried to charge me for a portion of a policy i did not use. For these reasons, i can not be sure i would reccommend a friend to use this agency in particular. Maybe things will get better and regain my buisness in the future."
