"I canceled my membership a while ago they are still charging me despite having email proof of cancellation. They are also trying to send a debt collector. They don’t answer the phone, if you need more red flags not to sign up to this place they also have dead cockroaches all over the floor."
"Called to cancel membership and they said you have to come into the gym to cancel ! When you get to the gym, they tell you to take a pic of a form they hand you and email it to their email address. Could have easily been done over the phone. Terrible customer service."
"Worst management on the history of the planet. I walked in to cancel my membership back in June 2023. They only paused it. I’ve been calling and filled out documents and emailed them back. But I’m still being charged. I call every day at various times and no answer. Don’t waste your money here PF is better, cleaner and more reputable."

"I used to love the zoo! Stopped coming for a while bc I had surgery, and decided to come back. It is terrible now!! The whole place is really dirty. It seems it hasn't been clean in months!! Yall need to do something about it, specially if there's member thar suffer from dust allergies."
