"Very nice place for whatever your need. Large room big enough for ample sized weddings and/or receptions, large parties, showers, etc. Stage and lighting for entertaining. Really nice all around."

"The owners of this venue are extremely disrespectful of on going events held at their establishment. My daughter has gone to an Event for the last few years without incident until this year when held here at the Pavilion Event Center . The doors were to be opened by 8:30 so councilors could prepare for day. One day opened at 8:45 but mostly after 9:00am. Having to wait on the owners tardiness has made me late for work every day this week. Camp is from 9:00 to 3:00pm but owners are there early making sure parents were rushing out so they could lock the doors. Then ,they have brought in strangers while event was in progress to SHOW Venue to prospected customers. As a parent this was very alarming for them to do so and possibly putting young girls in harm's way. Owners have spoken disrespectful to parents. One told me can you shut the door, this while I was in doorway leaving from picking up my child. Tus day after owners made sure that air conditioning was kept on high so girls were hot. I witness one owner while parents are picking girls up say you need to have your things picked up and cleared out by 3:00 tomorrow because I booked a funeral memorial for 4:00pm."

"Oh no! Never will ever rent this place out again for any type of my events. These people are not professional at all. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The people who manage this building also in charge of renting this place out to clients treated me badly on the day of my event on May 13th. I was not treated right like a regular client. 1. I requested to be there with my crew/cast and staff a few hours before opening the doors for my guests. Well, I did not get that privilege. They told me they were going to charge me $75 dollars per hour. That was a big surprise because they did not tell me that when we had the first meeting and signed the contract. 1. They were telling me that I needed insurance for the runway. They told me that the day before May 13th; while the runway people were setting the runway up. Another surprise. They did not tell me before. 3. I hosted, planned, designed the clothing and carnival costumes, prepared my models, I did everything. Unfortunately, I had people around me that did not help me and did not follow directions and that I did not have control of it. Well, the Mr. and Mrs. Who are in charge of renting this place congratulated happily saying many thanks to my assistant who came to help me. And that he was thankful to her. Not to me. They did not say anything to me. They were very upset with me. They were rude to my guests. They were upset with my musicians. They were upset the night of my event with a rude face; they were not nice to my guests while my guests were having a great time. 4. They charged me for a policeman and there was not a policeman there during my event. 5. They charged me for a tv usage in where did not use it. 6. The night of my event we said we needed to seat down to touch base. We set up appointment for Monday. They canceled on me. We rescheduled for the next day. They canceled on me as well. They treated me badly. Very disrespectful."

"Utilized this event space for a matriarch’s celebration of life. Mr. Sid and Mrs. Joyce are very accommodating and personable. They checked on us and the facilities in and throughout the afternoon to ensure quality assurance. The event hall is extremely adequate for space and room! Lots of openness which is invaluable during a function. The bar area is quite large, the kitchen nook and warmers were perfect for storage and maintaining warm food. A reserved area is also set for “DJ” entertainment, which doesn’t take away away from the event. The added highlight are the wall fans, they were not not needed but I found comfort in knowing we wouldn’t have to worry with stagnant air or heat. The nice sturdy chairs were welcoming after serving as well. BEST part, AVAILABLE PARKING! Give em’ a call and book the place!"

"We loved this place. We had our mom's Celebration of Life here. The size was perfect, The lighting was good. Bathrooms clean but could have used a little fragrance. Kitchen area perfect. The only thing we wasn't able to do is run our slide show on the TV but that didn't ruin the night. I would definitely use them again. They even gave the deposit back with no hassle. Professional."
