"Perfect for downtown Lafayette Louisiana. Easy walking distance to Mardi Gras Parades. We arrived by Amtrak and loved 300ft. walk to Choo Choo lofts. Quiet lodging as very few trains came through. Super clean. Worked perfectly for our group of 5."

"Very unhappy with this place, Nothing but noise when your trying to sleep. From the trains, to people playing there music loud all night, and the roofer banging on the roof until midnight. You can't sleep because of the noise. The inside is is nice but a lot of things are broken.,I would not recommend"
"PROS: Great location and modern interior CONS: Not clean, noisy upstairs neighbors, and unresponsive owners. However I rate it 4 stars because the location is great and with a couple changes the interior could be as well."
"The loft itself was exactly as pictured online. Really nice and comfortable. There were a couple of issues: no toilet paper, dirty sheets left in laundry room, icemaker not working. The access road is terrible, and the parking minimal. We were extremely disappointed in the landscaping and upkeep of the yard and patio. The bushes were overgrown, as were the weeds that were everywhere. It needed to be mowed, edged and weeded. There were old, broken or rusted children's toys all over. The gardening tools were piled up in front of the building. It really looked trashy, not at all like it's pictured on the website. We had planned to use the patio and grill but neither looked like they were usable.Not a good first impression. I also was not happy with the communication system. I called on the day of our arrival, left a message on one line, to which I never received a response and never could get through on the other line which was supposed to be for problems. I am glad I didn't have a serious problem."
