"I wanted to try their meat market, the prices were a little high but it all looked good but unfortunately there wasn’t enough packages of the same meat to feed my large family so I grabbed what they had and some shrimp. Cashier was a little rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. He shamed me for my card declining and wrote down something on a notebook and said I should have told him it was EBT before scanning it. I’ve never used EBT so I didn’t know and to make someone feel bad in front of everyone and use a different machine was embarrassing. I’ve been to that store plenty of times after I moved to this area and have never had an issue with the butcher or the ladies who work the front. Just this one person and one occasion has definitely made my day worse than it was already going."
"Stop there today after church. A store clerk was standing at the door with it partly open smoking a cigarette. She never stepped aside and her second hand smoke was in my face. I'll never stop there again!! 5/07/2023"
