"Initially walking into our room, I liked it. It was big, spacious, and was what we needed for the night. But then upon further inspection, I was a bit disappointed. There was somebody else’s hair allllll over the bathroom area - was it even cleaned? Found someone else’s hair tie as well. Kind of grossed me out. Went to blow my nose and the Kleenex box was empty - so I really started to question if this room had been addressed at all before our arrival. After that, I made sure to check for bug beds just in case. Beds seemed clean enough, so we lied down to watch some TV…but the TV screen was so smudgy it looked like it was wiped down with paper towel and water. Next morning, took a shower, and the tub barely drained any water. I think this place could do much better with its cleaning regime. But I guess we had a place to stay with the amenities we needed for the night. I stay in many hotels while traveling for work, and unfortunately, this one was on the lower end of my quality list."

"Room AC did not work. Electrical hazards because cover plates on outlets missing, breakfast was terrible, lights in room were either out or disconnected, staff was rude."

"I liked the fact that we were close to the elevator and only had to walk out the back door to go to the pool area. I really enjoyed the kids pool with my grand baby. The water was right and they had plenty of seating by the pool. The breakfast was very nice and the staff on the following day was very courteous and helpful. I did like the lotion and soap offered in the bathroom. They seemed of decent quality. Upon arrival, the staff member continually told me i did not have a reservation. She was rude, initially until we realized that they put the reservation in my maiden name. Once we worked around this, the questions i asked were met with snarky replies and an unprofessional tone. Once i got to my room to check in, i realized there were two different beds in the room. Meaning one was on a platform and the other was on a regular metal bedframe. This proved very uncomfortable for sleeping. For it to be a hilton, i was very disappointed in the bed. It was like sleeping on plywood. Im a local and My whole reasoning for visiting was for the pool and jacuzzi. I didn't like the fact that the jacuzzi did not work. The big pool was very warm. Almost as if it was being heated. This was not a bad idea in the evening, but in the day it seems counterproductive. The trashcan was overflowing with garbage and had not been changed even as I was leaving Sunday morning. I literally left from the pool and got in my car and the trash can was the same trash from the previous night. I feel like for the amount of money I paid for this room, it should have been better maintained and presented to me."

"First off let me start off by saying, this hotel kept me & my family safe for the one night we needed to be here.. but the rooms were absolute trash & they were filthy!!! I don’t even think they were cleaned because there was someone else’s hair all over the floor, all in the sink & all in the shower. Not to mention the toilet was broken and the AC kept going in & out. If we had to be here for two nights, I would have checked out after night 1. The hotel itself is dirty and in desperate need a good cleaning. The food was subpar.. just overall, not the best experience. The absolute only thing that made this hotel decent was the front desk receptionist I worked with when I checked in. That’s it and that’s all."
