"The experience was ok and the lady Stacy was helpful. the guys who delivered it were not. i got a bed set and it was not delivered the correct day because of a wreck supposedly. the guys got there the next day and said that i had to stay there my fiance couldnt. because he was trying to flirt. they didnt even have all the pieces and i had to go back and get screws. I have had my bed for 2 months and the frame is already broken . Not impressed. I also was given a price in the 400 range for my 90 day pay off. I was charged more and told it was because she gave me the before tax price . Save your money, go elsewhere in my opinion"

"Purchased a queen bed yesterday at 2:30 for $900 November 25, 2017 after talking to my wife we decided to get something cheaper I called the store an hour later and spoke to Ty Bailey who was my salesperson and asked to cancel the order she said that all sales were final and that even if I cancelled the order $200 will not be returned to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that no manager is in and won't be in until Monday after asking what was the managers name she did not give me his name and had an unprofessional sarcastic tone which was not the way she acted when I was purchasing the furniture. I am a business owner and when you get good customer service you tend to spend your money where you feel comfortable and you now that the business is trustworthy, anyone planning on buying furniture please spend your hard earned money somewhere else"
