"The employees were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. At the check in and payment desk the woman took her time to explain my charges, what I would have to pay and why. Then she told me which technician would come for me. When he came he introduced himself,explained what he would be doing. I told him I have difficult veins, that it's usually hard to draw blood from. He listened to me,he did not blow me off or boast how good he was. He said ok, he was gental, professional and experienced. He was so good I was looking at him and didn't realize he had the needle in my arm. He was the same way when I had to take the CT scann. I was very comfortable there. Gold stars all around!!!"

"The people that work here have really bad attitudes and when I went they were to busy talking to each other about there weekend. Then to help me .If you can go anywhere esle please do I will not come back here."

"I had an appointment to have an MRI. The day before my appointment someone at the office called and confirmed. When I arrive that morning, I was made aware that I needed to pay $680 before , they could perform the MRI. The money is very understandable. Its was because of my insurance, but someone should have made me aware of what I needed to pay prior to getting there. I've missed work and rearrange work and personal things, just to go to the imaging center and not be able to have MRI are performed because no one made me aware that I needed to pay $680 Outfront"
