"Roach in bathtub greeted us to our room. Poor maintenance and repair work in bathroom. Power went out multiple times in the night causing us to reset the ac temp. The free breakfast was as minimal as law would allow, machine coffee, foil on cereal milk carafe due to broken lid. Needless to say, we didn’t eat there. Not for families, will not be coming back"

"Horrible service!!!! Left my purse wallet in my room and they said it wasn't in there. Knowing darn well I left it behind. Someone that works there is shady. The shower head and handle was broken. The walls are nasty! Their were stains on the bed and it wasn't a horrible stay! Breakfast was nasty! The whole place is horrible. I know they had cameras. No way in hell they didn't see. So I'm going to their corporate."

"GREAT location. RV parking is on the street. It'll do in a pinch but not ideal. Location seems safe and maintained, well lit. Room smelled funny but not horrible. Room was dated, but clean enough. Bed felt fresh and comfortable. No road noise could be heard in the room, but I could hear the guy in the room next to us clear his throat... Housekeeping woke us at 6 am pushing a noisy laundry trolley on the tile floor outside our room. Not cool. Breakfast was typical of Comfort Inns. It'll fill the hole, right? Coffee was decent actually. Staff in the dining area was friendly too. Price though... $150?? Online it was only $125 though. If this was under $100, I would give 5 stars, but this is way too pricey for the quality in Shreveport."

"Just pay the extra $50+ and stay somewhere nicer. Rooms were dirty. Stains on the bed, stains on the chairs and stains on shower curtain. Huge fingernail in the bed. Furniture looked like it was picked up for free on the side of the road. “Gym” has all broken machines covered in inches of dust and dirt. No fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Smell of weed all over. Someone was screaming loudly in the room next to us all night. Basically, run. The staff were kind and there was hot water in the shower."

"Don't stay here. Room was dirty. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves, and I also had a do not disturb tag on my door. They are down wind of some treatment plant, so it smelled bad. Walls are thin so heard the guy in the adjoining room snoring all night. Next to the highway so also heard constant traffic noise. Wifi is terrible, only 10 mbps connection speed. TV signal was poor analog with few channels. Poor selection for breakfast. To end on a positive, water was hot and shower head over six foot high."
